First of all suspicious because not much comes free and second the email address with Apple and no apple made me a bit more suspicious

I am a bit late to this thread...
I got this email 2 days ago and today I accidentally click on it. I then quickly reboot my iphone and change my icloud account. I am still at risk? What else else should I be doing to avoid being hacked later on?
