Apple Keyboard delaminating

I have every Apple product available (MacBook, iPad, IPhone, AirPods, AirTags, etc).. Product durability and performance has been outstanding, which is why I’m a fan and also have 1/3 of my net work in Apple stock. The Apple keyboard functions well but is delaminating on the cover and the edge of the keyboard. I’ve read others posting about this issue. I have never abused my ipad keyboard. It has always been transported in my backpack. This is my first experience with an inferior product from Apple.

I have the Apple Smart Folio Keyboard. I’ve never abused the keyboard - or my iPad for that matter. The rubbery stuff on the outside is peeling from almost all of the edges. I don’t know if the peeling is related to the need, this year, for more and more hard turn offs because this or that app stops working.

If ANYBODY has a solution, I’d be thrilled to learn.

Maybe a silicone case or something for the outside?
