AirPods Pro Case Not Charging

My AirPods Pro case does not charge when plugged into my Windows 11 PC. I just went to an Apple Store today and they ran the diagnostic and they said nothing was wrong with the case itself. The airpods themselves charge, and when plugged into a wall socket, the case charges. In the past, I used a trick where you go to device settings, and go to Hardware then HID-compliant vendor-defined device and then disable, then enable and unplug and replug the case and it would start charging again. Now when I do this, it still doesn't work. How do I get this fixed?
