I am currently in dispute with a big cellular service provider about closing my account over bad cellular phone service. I switched to another carrier and I have a new iPhone 14proMax . I am having difficulties using my usual Apple ID . I am being charged twice for Apps and my email addresses are not syncing. My old devices are not syncing either. Will it be best to change my Apple ID with this new service and sync this new system and service? Is there a way to do this?

Thank you very much for your reply. I do think that this is the issue. I am having difficulty with my email service and connectivity issues altogether. I do not know how to resolve this issue. I do not even know how to ask for support. I have had trouble with this issue before with my devices.

I am thinking my brain is wired wrong! 😳😂

I think I need a human being to actually show me what to do. I have Apple Support with my new cellular service. Will they understand me better if I show them your answer?

Using an Apple account should in no way be associated with carrier service.

Email accounts are also a separate issue unless it is iCloud mail. You say "addresses" in the plural which implies more than one account. Do you have this configured correctly in your Mail app settings? Read this support article for how to add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Devices not syncing is a matter of having them signed into iCloud and being able to connect to the Internet.

I thkn there is no point in setting up a new account. Likely any issues you are having with this one would just apply to the new one because I think you need to focus on issues such as Mail settings and connectivity.
