in which the seller "Gift" me a few apps by sharing an alt account(Goodnotes, Procreate etc.) and I took it (Dumb idea, but younger me wasn't the smartest guy, nor the richest one). Obviously Apple found the shared account
That's illegal.
And you have already found out that yourself.
Fast forward now I have bought a new iPad and I cannot buy the apps that I've "Already Bought".
You have to buy those apps again with your own Apple ID.
