Apple Email address compromised.
My email address has been compromised and I would like to delete it. However it is also my apple user id can I change my apple user ID and delete the email address?

You cannot delete an iCloud account that you use as an Apple ID, nor change it to another email. You would need to erase the entire account, and loose all content and purchases, and create an entirely new Apple ID.
If you believe it has been compromised, change its password and enable 2-factor authentication if you have not done so.
