The Duplicates folder is not displaying in Photos. I'm running Ventura 13.5. I've tried the suggestions already posted, but I still can't get the Duplicates folder to display. And yes, I have a LOT of duplicates in my library.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It depends on the size of your Photos Library. Photos is not only looking for exact duplicates, but for similar photos. So will only start to search for duplicates, after all objects and the type of scene have been recognized.
In my library with roughly 55000 photos the duplicates album with some of the duplicates appeared after three weeks. Then Photos kept adding to this album, albeit slowly.

Duplicates displays when duplicates have been identified. Keep your device powered for photos to do its thing. Depending on the size of your library it may take some time for duplicates to be identified.
