Print 11x14 photos on Canon Image Pro 300 using Photos.
I want to print an 11x14 image on 11x14 paper from macOS Photos to a Canon Image Pro 300. Cropping is no problem, but the printer dialog does not show 11x14 paper size.

While my printer is the Canon Pro 100, I often print 11X14 prints using Photos. As you have already cropped to the appropriate ratio in Photos, the settings shown in my screenshot below should achieve the proper sized print. Note the custom size of 11X14 at the bottom of the right side.

From this Canon site, Canon Image Pro 300, 11 x 14 is not a supported default size:
So you may have to create a custom size and use that. Or create an 11 x 17 canvas in a image editor that supports layers, add your image to 11 x 14 of it, select 11 x 17 and print on 11 x 14 paper.
The answer unfortunately is the only one that can be found from any source, so it's correct but not particularly helpful. The real problem is that Canon has chosen not to support a time-honored photo print size. It could do so with a tweak of its driver software.
Some users have apparently found it possible to specify an 11x14 cropped image with a program that would print those 14 inches first, with 3 inches of white (no ink), so that the driver can be told 11x17.
Also, we've not found it possible to specify a custom size using Photos. If someone could provide that answer I'd be a bit happier.
