I know my apple id, password and security questions but i dont remember my phone number that has been used for two-factor authentication, how i can sign in my apple id?

If you're unable to sign in with your Apple ID because you don't have access to a trusted phone number or trusted device, then the only way to regain access to your Apple ID and sign in again is by starting the account recovery process.
