I want to remove current balance

I have 10 cents in my account which can’t be used anywhere so i want to remove then beacuse i have to change my region

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method from the current region for the excess amount; if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
