Grey dot showed up after 16.6 iOS update
How do I get rid of a small grey dot that has appeared on my iPad? It moves like a cursor but doesn't allow me to click/choose anything.
Windows, Windows 10

I have turned it off and it is still the same.

Hello Cara Tri's,
Thank you for keeping us updated. You had mentioned that this dot moves like a curser. This leads us to believe that you have a Bluetooth mouse or trackpad connected to your iPad. This is an accessibility feature, which is mentioned here: How to use a pointer device with AssistiveTouch on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
You can check your Settings > Bluetooth for any connected devices or even navigate to Settings < Accessibility > Assistive Touch > Devices to remove them.
We hope this helps you. Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
Hi there Cara Tri's,
Based on your description of the issue with your iPad, it sounds like you may have inadvertently turned on the AssistiveTouch feature. You can go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch to turn it off again and see if that resolves the issue for you. Learn more about how the feature works here: Use AssistiveTouch on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Take care.
