What's the best charging practice for using a MacBook Air?
I use my MacBook Air like a desktop, always connected to the power. Is it advisable to let it go through charging cycles, or should I keep it plugged in all the time?
MacBook Air, macOS 13.4

Your Mac does not need that kind of attention: About battery health management in Mac laptops - Apple Support.
If yours is one of the newer M series Macs, it's a built-in feature that cannot even be disabled.
In either case it's ok to leave it plugged in all the time.
