I opened my MBP 13 2018 inch and it is showing different flickering distorted colors. I have done the SMC reset( ctlr+alt+shift+power multiple times but no changes and also done Option+CMD+p+r but no changes still. Help really needed

It may be LCD panel or display logic related issue or flat cable which connect between LCD panel and logic board issue. I mean hardware issue. You'd better contact Apple Support or take your MacBook Pro to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there.
