My grandson gave me his Apple Watch. He doesn’t remember Apple ID or password. Can’t get my phone to hook up to Apple Watch with out it. Is there any way around it?

Hello, your grandson needs to reset his password. This article should help :) If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support also his Apple ID is his email address he could go on iforgot.apple.com to try any emails he has and see if they go through. Once he resets his password he will need to turn off find my on the watch at iCloud.com and here is another article with the steps as well https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201351?
