Need help to open a Apple Watch that my son gave me and he doesn’t remember his Id or password so it won’t pair with my iPhone.

If he cannot figure out his Apple ID he’ll need to use the link at the bottom of the link I gave above Andrew submit proof of ownership to Apple.
Apple does not store the Apple ID and Password for security reasons.
Your son's Apple ID was his email address. The support document below might help to recover the password.
