It won’t let me use iMessage

If we're correct in understanding that iMessage is having an issue activating on your iPhone, this article has the next steps for resolving this: If you can’t turn on or sign in to iMessage or FaceTime Please keep in mind that some of the steps may require you to contact your cellular provider, and/or even Apple Support.

We understand you're having an issue with iMessage. Is the issue not being able to add your Apple ID to iMessage for activation? If so, provide details on what happens.

If you try the steps from the previous message, make sure to wait 24 hrs to allow for activation.

Contact Apple Support to investigate it if it continues.
