I will make in app purchases and not get charged anything. and then all of a sudden i get charged for everything at once. i want to be charged for what i buy when i buy it.

Hello, that is expected behavior sometimes when you make a purchase it doesn’t come out of your account right away it can take a few days. This can happen to anyone that has an apple device that makes purchases in the App Store or iTunes. It happens to me as well. There isn’t a way around this. I would recommend that if you make a purchase and it doesn’t come out the account right away just make sure you keep enough funds in the account so once that payment method charges you won’t have any issues How apps, content, and subscriptions from Apple are billed - Apple Support
