Apple has charged 3 months on Apple Pay extra in the same month on my account
I pay monthly for storage on apple, but this month apple has charged 3 times instead of just one.

It could be the previous months were unable to be billed for some reason or you are now seeing a new charge for a different item. Since we have no way to access your account to determine what the issue is, you can contact Apple directly if you are unable to determine the reason from the previous link.
