Apple TV Roku error message

Apple TV . Verification failed

When I sign into AppleTV on my TCL Roku tv, I get verification failed. Error code N/63CEFB51. I deleted the app re downloaded changed my password updated my device etc still having the error message. Can someone please help

Hello Brookemartine,


Did you power off the TV between uninstalling/reinstalling? If not, you'll want to make sure you do it in that specific order. Uninstall the app > power off the TV for around 30 seconds > power it back on > re-install the application.


If you have the TV connected through a Wi-Fi connection and not hardwired to LAN, restarting the Wi-Fi router can also sometimes clear up errors.


If you continue to get the same verification error, you'll want to contact Apple to report the issue: Get Support
