Verification Failed

When attempting to log in to Apple TV app on NEW LG smart TV (app was preinstalled) I continue to get the Verification Failled

Error Code: N/64A19767


What I have allready attemtped to remedy this

Update TV to most recent firmware

Delete and installed Apple tv App the updated to newest version

Unpluged TV, Router and Modem

I have also confirmed location (zip code/location on Tv setting)


Then restart modem, Router then TV then attempt to Log in and SAME error as above .

I would call Apple when you encounter one of those alpha-numeric error messages. It may be very specific to a particular issue that Apple tech. can look up.


Refer to this document for ways to contact Apple ➞ Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
