Quick Actions NOT working

I tried using the Quick Actions by clicking a word document, however each time I click Quick Actions -> Customise -> clicked all the Features. HOWEVER, afterwhich I right-click the word document again, under Quick Actions, the Customise sign shows up again and none of the Features enabled. Kindly help, thank you

Hi patngan1,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.

We understand Quick Actions aren't working. If you haven't, restart your Mac to refresh running processes. Try using Quick Actions in safe mode. This will limit start up software allowed to run while running a health check on your Mac.

You need to write a Quick Action in Automator to perform a Word-specific task when you right-click on that Word document and choose Quick Actions > something. When you click that Customize… menu entry, it will take you to the System Settings : Privacy & Security : Extensions panel where a list of Quick Actions is shown (if they exist) and in your case, relevant to something you want to do to a Word document.
