Why don’t appear FaceTime audio?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand the importance of having FaceTime working as expected on your iPhone, and we'd be happy to look into this with you. To get started, We'd like to check where the iPhone was purchased, and the country you're currently located in. Also, the iPhone needs to be on a supported carrier. That's because products designed to be sold in the UAE for example have FaceTime disabled, as it is a restricted feature there. Even if the devices are taken out of the region, FaceTime would not be available.
