FaceTime audio not working but FaceTime video working

You may want to check:

(1) You do not have the volume set so low that you don't hear the audio.

or

(2) you are not accidentally "muted" ... (or muted by the FaceTime "host".)

ie: in FaceTime: Tap the microphone icon to turn audio on and off .
