I recently reported my iPhone as lost. Apple locked access to Apple Pay, etc. I recovered my iPhone, but I cannot unlock Apple Pay. The cards are not locked by my financial institution.

Your cards in your Wallet were deactivated as a security measure. Please remove the cards, do a forced restart of your iPhone and then add the cards to your Wallet again.

Thank you for your response. I put the phone in lost mode. I received a response that it was successful.
BTW, the phone does not say it is locked. When I go to Apple Wallet, the Pay with Passcode screen comes up right away. I can type my passcode, then nothing happens. I press cancel, and nothing happens. I have to exit to the Home Screen.
