My Bank told me their can´t close Apple Play, only suspend my card. The bank says that when my iPhone is lost or stolen, only Apple can unlink Apple Play from my card. Who can help me know what I urgently need to do today before they empty my bank account?

*Remove your missing device from your account
If you have AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss, do not remove your lost iPhone from Find My or your Apple ID until your claim has been approved.

Go to appleid.apple.com to remove the missing device from your list of trusted devices.
If you’re the victim of identity theft or a scam, the most secure is to have each financial institution/bank lock your account with them. Apple Pay is less of an issue. You can also log out of your Apple ID.
Apple does not approve or decline changes on your accounts. Only your issuing bank approves or declines charges. If the bank locks your account, that prevents all charges from unauthorized sources.

BEWARE of anyone - often claiming to be Apple - who have “found” your phone.
They are NOT from Apple - although they often “appear” quite genuine. They are criminals attempting to “crack” your phone’s security and takeover your AppleID entirely.
Do not reply and NEVER follow any links provided.
First.
Your iPhone is VERY securely proteced by your passcode.
As long as this code known only to you and not easily guessed, nobody is going to be able to access or use your phone.
Furthermore, none of your actual credit card account numbers are even “in” your iPhone wallet; only “apparently random” numbers of no value to anyone.
Finally, take a deep breath and start working methodically thru this “to do” list.
Do NOT - ever - perform Step 7.
(Doing so allows any criminal to erase and reuse your phone - although your private data would still remain completely inaccessible.)
