It looks fine. Apple is an authorized Apple Reseller and this does come from the "Apple Store" on Amazon. Where you could run into problems is if the seller were listed as anything but the "Apple Store".

My understanding is that Expercom is the Authorized Apple Reseller. But, the buyer should exercise all due diligence!
Similar issue here: for selling tax purposes and the fact that Apple does not offer financing. But for my part, I wanted to know if they are selling a brand new product or if it’s open-box or refurbished. But it says none.
While that page says “Visit the Apple Store”, it shows “Expercom - Apple Premier Partner“ as the seller.
I wondered because your first post said
