Does changing password cancel deletion request for real permanently?

Hi. I wanted to delete my apple id to create a new one with the same email for a fresh start but then I found out I cannot use the same email again. For this reason, I wanted to cancel the deletion request but I cannot find it anywhere on the web (they say "save the secret code and use it if you request cancel" but there is no option to request cancel). I changed my apple id password and that cancelled the request:

our request to delete your account could not be completed.

This request was made on 07/08/2023. For more information, please contact Apple Support.

is it safe to use this appleid on my brand-new iPhone? I am afraid if my account gets deleted randomly at some point in the near future, it will leave my new phone unusable.

"What happens if I change my mind after I have requested that my account be deleted?

While your request is being processed, you can contact Apple Support [using this link --> Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support ] with the unique alphanumeric access code you received, and we’ll help you cancel your request. After your account is deleted, Apple can't cancel the request, reopen your account, or restore your data."

Your copy of the message to us appears to be truncated. If it does indeed say it has been cancelled then you should be all right to proceed.

If for any reason you should have problems, Apple can completely reset a device if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership. Do this online at: Activation Lock support request - https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support Apple says, "Proof of ownership documentation is required," but does not detail what currently constitutes proof. Prior to this new online service Apple typically required the original receipt issued by Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller and documented provenance (so typically it would be the original owner who does this, or a descendant with legal proof of ownership). This will give you access to the device but won't restore access to the account used to lock it. There is nothing that can be done to expedite an Activation Lock request.
