Apple ID Deletion

I requested to delete my other Apple ID account 8 days ago but I did not get a confirmation email as of now. While Apple did say it would take up to 7 days. I tried to log in using my other ID (the one that’s about to be deleted) and it says either account is locked due to security reasons or This Apple ID is not valid or not supported. Is my Apple account actually deleted?
