Icloud Numbers formula

Hi,

I'm trying to use the formula SUMIF on Numbers on Icloud but it's not working for multi page formula. The formula window disappear if I change page.

Thank you

As I tested you can't even create a formula using the point-and-click method with data from another table on the same sheet.

Here's a workaround.

Use an empty cell on the data source table (Expenses) to create your formula. Then copy it (the formula, not the cell), paste it to the destination table (Summary) and edit it to complete the cell references, to go from A1 to Expenses::Expenses::A1. If you have many references to cells on the same table in helps to copy and paste the added bit (i.e. Expenses::Expenses::). Actually, if no other table has the name Expenses across all sheets, you can omit the sheet name, so just add Expenses:: to get Expenses::A1.

Did you know that you can also cut and paste tables from one sheet to another? Cell references follow nicely. It can be handy sometimes.

Yes, I see that here too. It may be a limitation of implementing Numbers in a browser.

For extensive use of Numbers for iCloud, you might consider keeping all your tables on the same Sheet.

Or, if you can, use Numbers on the Mac or iPad.
