If you are trying to tell us that your iPhone is showing that it is disabled, that means that an incorrect passcode has been entered multiple times. If it tells you you can try again after some number of minutes, you can do that. If there is no "try again" message, then any data on it is already gone. You will need to erase it using a computer and restore it from your backup.
