Other Volumes in Container storage using 90gb

Have a massive amount of memory being taken up in "Other Volumes in Container" that is causing the disk to become full. Documents on the laptop are only taking up 5GB while the other volumes are taking up nearly 90gb. How to clear space would be the need here.

My MacBook Pro storage is always full even if I clean 20GB after 10-20 minutes is full down to 200MB and I don’t event do anything on the computer, why is it like this? I want to understand why the calculator of the free space keep on mentioning that my storage is full. laptop storage suddenly full I'm working with a 2015 MacBook growth 1TB of storage and runningBig Sur (11.7.7). I fired up the laptop several days ago to a message that my storage was almost full. This surprised asI have not added anything new. All I can determine is there is a group of "other" that occupies most of my storage. I would like to know how this happens and what I can do to clean out the "other" and get my machine back. Thank you.

Are you doing any iCloud syncing, Time Machine backing up?

You might find temporary data files at the root level of your hard drive being used by your backup software. Whenever, you end the backup, those files should disappear and free up your space.
