Hi, I have one shop I hid my email from to purchase with Apple Pay on my phone. Now I want to unhide it. I se the instructions tell me to go to that section in iCloud, select the address, then hit deactivate, but, there is no deactivate, just stop forwarding which isn’t what I want. What do I do? Have seen videos, not deactivate in red anywhere. Have iOS 16.6., Thanks!!

You will need to provide a different email address to the site account or store account.
Hide-my-email is just an address generator. The other party only knows the alternate address. You will have to make a change in your account information with them.
Umm, ok, I can try that, thanks, but, I still need to unhide my email to them I’m pretty sure. I started the account with Apple Pay so I don’t even have any other password and I am not sure if then I will have to start a new account which I don’t really want to do. Anyway, the question is why do I not see the deactivate feature as described in the instructions to unhide my email for them? That should be how this is done according to apple’s description of the process.
