I bought apple watch from amazon and trying to set it up for my self but it is showing apple watch locked for owner please enter apple id and password. When i enter my apple id and password it is not accepting that
Return it immediately. If the watch is used and locked to someone else, you will never be able to use it.
If your watch is brand new it should still be covered by Applecare so book an appointment at the Genius Bar in your local Apple Store and take your proof of ownership with you.
