Extra iCloud storage with Apple One

We have a Family Sharing plan on iCloud. We reached the 2 TB of iCloud storage so I subscribed to Apple One to get an additional 2 TB of storage. This initially worked and we have been enjoying Apple TV plus 4 TB of iCloud storage. However, today I got a message that my iCloud storage is full. I checked my account and our storage limit is back to 2 TB. I checked and it is showing that we are still subscribed to Apple One. Does anyone have any suggestions for us?

Me too, i also purchased extra space & now it’s saying or I don’t see the extra space i bought. I think they are getting over. There no point of me paying for extra space and my phone still is slow or not enough space for pictures
