I have compared all my settings with my wife’s iPhone running also running IOS 16.6 but my settings are different and Siri is missing from the list.

There are two potential causes for this behavior. It is possible you have Screen Time restrictions enabled. To check, tap Settings > Screen Time.
Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
It is also possible there is a configuration profile installed on your iPhone, normally by an employer, that may restrict access to Siri.
Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone

Thanks for taking the time to reply.
I kept working the problem and it is an employer profile problem. Really annoying as it was not notified beforehand and with no Siri my CarPlay does not work. I spend a lot of time in the car so that is important to me.
