iPad says no sim available and is frozen on the password screen

My iPad screen says no sim available and it’s frozen . When I tap the ok it does nothing

iPhone 8 Plus Frozen Hello to All, I've just bought a refurbished iPhone 8 Plus online and when I put a T Mobile prepaid SIM in there I get the "SIM Not Supported" message. In addition, my iPhone is "stuck" on the SIM Not Supported page. I tried without success to go "back", double click home button and power on/off. Any suggestions to unfreeze it ? I would like to get over to settings so I can see if it's locked down. Thanks in advance.

If you get an alert that says Invalid SIM or No SIM Card installed, follow the steps in this support article: --> If you see 'invalid SIM' or 'no SIM' on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
