I am not able to send or receive emails on my phone

If it is not an iCloud account go to Settings/Mail/Accounts, tap on the account and delete it. Then restart your phone, and go to the same place and add it back.


If it IS an iCloud account open Settings, tap on your name at the top, then tap Sign Out. Then restart your your phone and log back in.
