can not connect to app store on macbook

For help with issues when you connect to the App Store on your Mac, start with the steps outlined here: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services


  1. Make sure your Mac doesn't have network connection issues: If your Mac isn't connecting to the internet over Wi-Fi
  2. Make sure your macOS is fully updated: Update macOS on Mac
  3. On your Mac: Open System Settings, click General, then click Date & Time. Or open System Preferences, then choose Date & Time.


Reply back if the issue persists.
