Hi, I’ve lost my iphone and i cannot sign in with my Apple ID because it has two step authentication. I also lost my trusted phone number. what could i do rn

The best way would be to get a new sim with the trusted phone number from your carrier.
That way you can sign in with your password and the trusted phone number.

If you do not know your password(and don't have access to any trusted devices) you would have to do an account recovery either way.
