Can you still access it? No.


If your passcode was observed or otherwise became known, this sequence is fairly typical for professional thieves.


That iPhone is effectively no longer yours.


That Apple ID is also no longer yours.


While it is unlikely, you might still be able to recover the Apple ID: https://iforgot.apple.com/


Though it won’t help here, stolen device protection can help reduce the exposure to these thefts, but that feature requires iOS 17, and requires explicitly enabling it. It won’t help here.
