Hide My Email address not working / forwarding.
I purchased from a website and signed up with a Hide My Email address( as this was given as an option when I chose to sign up with my Apple account) but my iCloud+ account wasn't activate.
I must have downgraded at some point and didn't realise Hide My Email was an add-on of iCloud+ as I was still given the option to create a Hide My Email address even without an active iCloud+ plan.
I have reactivated the 50gb plan but still haven't received any emails, no confirmation of my order and I can't sign into my account on the website as I clearly haven't received any activation emails so no password is working!
I tried signing in with my order iD / CC number, as the website gives you this as an option, but since I paid with cc via paypal this isn't working either.
Help.
How can I start receiving emails to the Hide My Email address that was automatically created when I signed up to this website?
The company is trustworthy but in China so I haven't tried customer support yet. I would like to just solve this email problem and sign in.
