iCloud+, Hide My Email doesn't work any more

Hi,

Can somebody help me with Hide My Email?

I did create a temporary email on Hide My Email and It did work for a longtime, but now it doesn't work any more. I did several test by sending mail from another email account, sending verification codes, the mail is send but it doesn't receive in the forwarded email account, not in the spam or junk folder, also I changed the forward email address, but still it doesn't work. Deactivating and activating didn't help.

So, anybody familiar with this problem and is there a working fix for it?

I also had this problem today. All of my Hide My Email addresses were completely dead. After trying some suggestions from Reddit, the only one that worked (for me at least) was changing the forward address to an @icloud.com address.

You can change the address on https://www.icloud.com/icloudplus/

Click on Hide my Email and scroll down.

I found that turning off private relay and waiting a while then allowed the home to come through. No idea why this worked but it did. Looking on Reddit this issue of hme suddenly not working has been going on for years!

I have 400+ HME addresses. Really don’t want to have to create an iCloud email account to get them to work again. Doesn’t make sense that they were working just fine until around 7:30 this morning.
