Ethernet not being detected by mac

I use a 6-to-1 USB C hub to connect my Mac to Ethernet (it worked fine the last time I used it, which was 3 months ago).

Is there an issue with Ventura 13.5? (I tried using a different USB C adapter, but the issue still persists)
