A deleted app is still using my location, I can remove it's access to my location and popping up notifications.

So I downloaded an app from the app store and ended up not liking it so I deleted the app. It’s no longer on my screen but I keep getting location notices about the app. I went into location and set it to never. Rebooted the phone and it was still there. I went into the app store and tried to download load it again but it only had the option to open the app. So I clicked on it the search option on the bottom of my screen and looked for that app. It still showed so I held that icon till O got the option to remove l. I then deleted that app from there and that seemed to fix this issues.
