It may help to uninstall iTunes and reinstall a slightly older build. See Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows Updates - Apple Community. Links to recent builds can be found in comments at the very bottom.

Didn't help, or rather nothing happened. This library is empty anyway, i'm using iTunes for Windows to Homeshare my mac music, and those columns were present in iTunes on my older Windows PC that was used for exactly the same purpose.
EDIT: These columns actually do appear when i switch from Homeshared library to local library. This is really weird
Ok, it turns out you have to turn on Homesharing on the receiving end (in this case - Windows iTunes) in order to have these statistics available. This makes no sense, but it fixed my problem.
Try holding down shift+ctrl as you launch iTunes (opens in its safe mode) to see if that helps. Test behaviour in a new empty library.

Yup, i suspected this might have had to do with newer Windows Store build vs older standalone build. Will try later and report if helped.
Thanks for that titbit. Not something I knew.
