All the images imported and edited in my timeline are...black in the viewer. Sound is good though. If click on Transform and then in the viewer, the images appear but it's impossible to export the projet: Export failed bjt with no explanations !!!

Your 10.5 version is rather old, and probably does not work too well in 13.5.
Make a zip of your existing FCP for safekeeping.
Also make backups of your libraries - once they are upgraded, you won't be able to use them in the old version of FCP.
Go to the App Store and download the current version, which is 10.6.8.
