Making Calls on your iPad when your iPhone is Nearby

Simple Answer to making a call questions: If you have your phone linked to your iPad and have turned on the Wi-Fi calling on the phone and iPad in settings, you simply make the call by going to your contact list on iPad bring up the contact profile and touch the number you want to call. You can find info about linking devices everywhere BUT nothing on the simple task of actually dialing the number….so here it is.

From the FaceTime App sidebar, tap the New FaceTime button - enter the number that you wish to call in the To field, then tap the keyboard Enter key. Finally, tap the green phone button.
