Blocking adult content on apple watch

Is there a way to make sure my Apple Watch can not display adult content?

The built in browser allows one to view inappropriate content.

How do I block that content.

Apple Watch Only - How do you disable #images from Messaging App? My kids have Apple Watches for emergency use and also quick communication with their parents. The problem is the messaging app has the gif search #images that I cannot for the life of me figure out how to disable it even on my own watch. They are able to search for inappropriate content potentially on #images. My question is, how do you disable #images (the gif search) on the Apple Watch? Please don't send me instructions how to do it on the iPhone or iPad because the process is not the same, the options are just not there because it's not standardized across the platforms (iOS and WatchOS).

Can’t delete apps on my kids Apple Watch se There is no X when trying to delete apps from my kids Apple Watch. I can not delete any of the apps. I follow the instructions and the apps start to „wiggle“ but I can’t delete any! could it have anything to do with parental controls?

You can block it in Screen Time Content & Privacy, but it will block it on your iphone too.

the build in browser can only be used by clicking urls in emails or sms you can't launch a browser from the watch on it's own think most would be shielded enough.
