Feedback Assistant Error: Unable to sign in to Feedback Assistant Thank you for your patience. Please try again later

Hi there! I am currently running Mac OS Ventura (13.5) on my MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021).

A few MacOS versions ago, I tried a beta version and a Feedback Assistant app was installed. I no longer want to participate in MacOS beta trials and I know that the Feedback Assistant app has an 'Unenroll . . .' option in its Feedback Assistant menu.

However, when I log in to Feedback Assistant, I see a dialogue box that states: Unable to sign in to Feedback Assistant Thank you for your patience. Please try again later.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
