Charged twice for an iTunes movie
My daughter pre ordered a movie on her iPad on the family acc of which I’m the organiser. I then by mistake ordered the same movie on my iPad on my iCloud. We’ve both been charged, even though all the purchases are linked to my bank. So in effect I’ve been charged £13.99x2. Apple will not refund one refund and even thou we’ve both appealed on report a problem, they have refused us both. Surely this cannot be correct?
